Ray has spent his career working on all aspects of real estate development, design and build, and project implementation. As an architect, he has worked on and managed over half of a billion dollars in new construction and historic renovations projects across the country, including large scale housing developments and various tax credit projects. As a project manager at a construction company, he was responsible for bidding through construction of various multifamily renovation projects ranging from the low hundred thousand of dollars to 10 million dollars. As an in-house owner’s representative at a development company, he has realized the intricacies of multiple funding sources as well as public/private partnerships and their application into successful development projects. His major focus has been multi-family housing projects with an emphasis on Historic Tax Credits, LIHTC and HUD backed affordable housing projects.
With experience from all angles of project development and implementation, Ray has a great ability to see the project from all vantage points. This allows him to be proactive in managing the design and construction teams both before and during construction. This also makes him instrumental in working with financial organizations, public officials and local agencies to progress the project forward at all stages of development as it relates to design and construction.
Ray approaches all projects with the mindset as if they were his personally. He fosters a solid and collaborative working relationship between the designers and contractors to maximize the owner’s goals. He utilizes this relationship to identify areas where potential costs savings may be obtained without sacrifice to the project outcome and anticipate issues before they arise.
Ray graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri Magna Cum Laude with a degree in architecture. He currently holds an architectural license in 3 states.
Addam Wall brings over 10 years of experience to construction management, having managed over $395 Million in residential, commercial, and public improvements projects across the country. His previous work includes serving as an Owner’s Representative for one of the top for-profit affordable housing developers in the country. In this role, Addam oversaw the building of over 1,500 residential units, 75,000 SF of historic renovations and 58,000 SF of commercial space many of which involved the complex management of funds from tax credit developments, including LIHTC, Historic, and New Market tax credit projects. Addam was responsible for overseeing the projects from initial financial closing, through the details of construction, to construction closeout and turnover.
Prior to working in affordable housing development, Addam worked in the General Contracting industry specializing in commercial construction, Throughout his career, Addam has worked directly and successfully with owners, contractors, urban housing administrations, engineers, architects, non-profit partners and community stakeholders.
Addam is LEED BD+C accredited, and has substantial experience in implementing stainable building practices, including Enterprise Green Community certified projects as well as LEED Developments. Addam maintains memberships in various professional organizations such as the USGBC and the Urban Land Institute, and remains current with construction and development trends, particularly in the areas of energy efficiency and cost efficient building practices.
Addam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University with an emphasis on commercial construction.
